The prices indicated are per apartment and per night. Prices do not include tourist taxes which must be paid on site. I plan to stay with my child under 2 years old, should I mention this before my arrival?

At Appart’City, accommodation is free for a child under two years old and they must stay with their parentsIf you require a travel cot for your stay, the request must be made in the Special Requests field on the booking page of the website.. (See conditions at your Appart’City). Breakfast for children under 6 years old will be offered provided that the breakfast service is also taken by the parents.

How do I access my apartment outside reception hours ?

Accepted Answer

If you arrive outside reception hours, our team will place an envelope with your name in the safe located at the residence reception. The safe code will be sent to you by SMS on the day of your arrival (contact us if you did not enter your mobile phone number when booking). Your apartment number will also be given to you in the SMS (this information is not included in your envelope for security reasons).

Depending on the configuration of the apartment, you will find either a double bed or an Italian bed, the latter is made up of two single beds for one person, connected using a zipper system or a Velcro strip, which guarantees a solid attachment and ensures you a comfortable night's sleep.

Are cleaning products available to me?

We provide you with a maintenance kit, consisting of dishwashing liquid, sponge and cloth (or 2 tablets if equipped with a dishwasher) to start your stay as well as a vacuum cleaner and broom on request from reception. A linen kit can be renewed for you during your stay, on request
