I think there is need to clean the room everyday no matter how long to stay in the apartment/hotel. I stayed for 4 nights and the room was only cleaned once after looking for people to clean it. THat is not good. Better to charge highly and give the best service.

Appartement pas tout a fait propre a mon goût, pas tres chaud a l intérieur, j ai attrapé un gros rhume. Je pense qu on pourrait aussi avoir un balai et pelle a poussière. Quand on est plusieurs jours sur place , on traine partout des cheveux et des debris alimentaires. Pas cool..... Point positif bien situé et bonne literie

Je souhaite vous faire part de mon expérience lors de mon récent séjour dans votre établissement Appart City de Pau. Contrairement à ce que j’ai pu constater dans d’autres Appart City, j’ai trouvé la chambre dans laquelle j’étais logé assez vétuste. Le coin cuisine est particulièrement étroit, ce qui ne permet pas de cuisiner confortablement. De plus, la télévision n’est pas placée en face du lit mais sur le côté, ce qui complique le confort pour la regarder depuis le lit. Il s’agit d’un poste de 24 pouces, qui n’est pas vraiment adapté à une bonne visibilité. J’ai signalé ces points à la réception, mais aucune action n’a été entreprise pendant mon séjour. Concernant les serviettes dans les toilettes, elles ne sont pas toutes de taille suffisante pour un adulte ; certaines semblent plutôt destinées à des enfants. En revanche, je tiens à souligner que le petit-déjeuner était agréable. Je vous remercie de prendre en compte ces remarques, dans l’espoir qu’elles contribueront à améliorer la qualité de l’accueil et du confort dans votre établissement. Cordialement,

staying in one of the older front street rooms last month, was pretty unimpressed with the cleanliness, fluff and hair around the floor and bed areas, This time I stayed in 220, much nicer experience and it was cleaner although there is still food stuff on floor between the kitchen units visible. Was disappointed that there was no healthy cereal available at breakfast , I did ask on the first day to the desk staff but only chocolate flakes were provided all week, great for children, but nor for adults. The shower pressure is pretty weak, I'm staying 1 week every month for the next year so appreciate to have a nice room - however all was acceptable thanks
